Collagen Shaping
What is Needle Shaping
Needle Shaping is based on the principle of applicating regenerative electrostimulating
micro-currents which, combined with the principles of acupuncture, allow to perform bioregeneration, lifting and modeling of volumes in a completely natural and autologous way (that’s why the treatment is called Collagen Shaping). This regenerative technique allows to ameliorate and increase the
duration of the effect of threads or injectable and non-injectable gels. In fact, introducing these products in a healthy and hydrated skin, empower a better and long-lasting result.
How does it work
A microscopic self-transplantation of dermal fibers by traction is performed using a particular extremely thin needle crossed by micro-currents. The doctor
chooses the traction line to be solicited or the volume to be modelled and applies the needles to the cardinal points. The needle crossed by microcurrents is rotated and the fibers are hooked to it. In this way, the fibers are pulled towards the insertion point. The donor structures, thinned, will resume the initial volumes in the next twenty-eight days, while the reconstructed part reaches the final volume after about seven days, to maintain it for a long time.
The bioregeneration of the fibers and the stimulation of the SMAS, with the consequent lifting and modeling effect, is obtained in an autologous way through mechanical and electrical stimulation. The results are immediately visible, and they improve over time. The quality of the skin is increased on the surface (immediately visible) and mostly in the dermal layer. So, the regenerative effect allows cross-linked and non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, grow factors, threads to have a better and more long-lasting effects.
The patient who undergoes the treatment does not perceive any discomfort as the current is extremely low and delivered only for a few seconds.

Lipo Plexr
What is O.F.F.
OFF is a device that generates a fixed RF frequency sine wave of about 1230kHz with a fractionable flow, able to transfer concentrated energy through a handpiece equipped with a sterile and disposable needle. Through of it is possible to perform two different treatments: microlipolysis (named Lipo Plexr) and superficial vascular lesion removal (V Plexr).
How does it work
The produced sinusoidal wave is transformed into fractional heat because of Joule effect, due to the Joule effect which can be used for non-invasive selective micro lipolysis treatments - directed in the subcutaneous fatty region - and the removal of small angiomas, capillaries and telangiectasias. These sine waves are programmable in order to obtain different results on different tissues also according to the method of application.
Removal of superficial vascular lesions – V Plexr (angiomas, capillaries, telangiectasias): the wave must be applied from outside the skin by putting
the needle in contact with the skin without inserting it into it. Through the fractional heat, the elastic fibers of the vessel will contract, allowing the vessel
walls to attach to each other and collapse, removing the blood content inside.
Micro-lipoplasty - Lipo Plexr (Jaw, eye bags, fat deposit): the technique of using Lipo Plexr provides for the presence of normal acupuncture needles that are fixed in the tissues until reaching the localized adipose tissue to be eliminated for hyperthermia inducing the programmed adipocytic apoptosis. The tip of the OFF it will be approached to the needles without entering the underlying skin and without causing damage to the overlying skin.

The adipose tissue allows to treat limited distribution of heat that totally involves hyperthermia. This selective tissue induced by selective and time fractionated - Lipo Plexr: dissolution of adipose harmonizing effect. What is CARBOMAX
Carboxytherapy is the use of carbon dioxide in the gaseous state for therapeutic purposes. This technique originated at the beginning of the last century in France, but the term was first introduced by Luigi Parassoni in 1995 during the XVI National Congress of the Italian Society of Aesthetic Medicine.
How does it work
The treatment is performed through the Vecron device connected to a cylinder containing medical CO2. The device is connected to a flow tube with a small needle that is inserted into the area to be treated: when everything is well positioned, the device is activated and the gas is injected into the subcutaneous tissue. The effects that carbon dioxide generates within our body, which have been the subject of numerous studies over the years, can be summarized as: a rehabilitation treatment to rebalance microcirculation (vasodilation and neoangiogenesis) and better oxygenate the tissues; an increase in lipolysis; a stimulus to the proliferation and activation of fibroblasts (the cells responsible
for the production of collagen); an increase in the oxidative processes of fatty acids present in the body.
It is a safe treatment: there are no side effects even at the highest doses (2-3 liters); there are no changes in blood pressure; there is no overload of the emunctors such as the liver or kidney; nitrogen embolisms do not occur, as can happen, for example, with oxygen-ozone therapy. Sometimes bruises can occur on the treated area, which disappear in a short time.
